DO read before asking
Orders are shipped out in about 1-2 weeks especially every mold is made to order.
Shipping usually takes 14-21 business days
Please note that it can take 6-8 weeks in some cases especially when the customs releasing speed is slow.
Packages need the signature to ensure you receive it in person.
if you happen to miss the delivery, we normally will notify you through email to urge you to contact your local post office ASAP to make sure you will receive it some other time. If you didn't do that in time, the post office may trash your package. Our responsibility is to notify you through email, but we're not responsible for lacking action that should be taken by you. So please aware of that.
Returns and Refunds
The figures are not replaceable so we will do our best to get them to you safely. And since every figure is made to order, full refunds are not accessible unless it's missing in the delivery(we normally will have shipping insurance).
If they do arrive broken despite our efforts, these are your options:
You need to send it back to us within 2 days of receiving the figure. And you need to provide us the photo as proof that when you opened the box you found it broken already. (This is important, without this we can't process further.) So this way we can repair it for you and send it to you again.
If your treasure arrives broken and you are happy and able to fix it yourself with white glue or super glue and whatever help I can provide over email, I will give you a discount code to be used in the future.
